Use your pedometer to measure the distance you currently walk in an average day. Then enter the total steps taken that day on our website. We'll convert the steps you’ve taken into miles or kilometres and give you an idea of how many calories you burned.
If you are in a team we'll keep you up to date on how well your team is doing compared to the other team challengers.
Once we know your current level, we'll help you set small, achievable goals for increasing your daily steps. We'll do this by email. And don't worry, there's no magic number to reach!
