Workplace - Testimonials

South Yorkshire CMP Project Manager -Barnsley NHS June 2011

Lets Get Healthy provided different training packages to my team and that of other staff at Barnsley NHS, supported by their web programmes which they made bespoke to us. The Workplace Health Champions training to be particularly useful to all members of the team, highlighting the importance of investing time and effort into our staff which paid dividends in terms of improved morale and overall team performance.

We also worked with Lets Get Healthy to provide web based lifestyle programmes for staff and our customers which proved equally successful with many customers commenting on the positive effect the programmes had on their over health and well being
The staff we worked with were very professional and clearly knowledgeable in their field, Lets Get Healthy as a company were very organised and delivered all their promises & outcomes in the agreed timeframes. Their ethos is one of partnership and flexibility and are totally committed to ensuring the people they work with are satisfied with the services they provide.
I would have no hesitation in working with Maria and her team in the future should the occasion arise and am more than happy to discuss the information contained in this testimony with anyone who may want further information

General Manager, Contact Centre, 900 staff

"I think LGH took full accountability for driving through the initiative and supported us in all aspects, in terms of education, awareness and logistics. They were particularly good at challenging the business to ensure the programme deadlines were met whilst appreciating the very demands of the contact centre industry."

Head of Control Room, Police Force 450 staff

"The most positive aspect of the programme was the impact on my workplace champions and their passion and commitment to making this initiative successful."

Communications Manager, Fire Service

"I have just got back to my office after attending this session today and I wanted to drop you a line to say how useful I found the course. I think the content was great and really got me thinking about issues in my current workplace and how situations with previous employers could have been handled differently. I thought the guy (Pete) who lead the session was very good and made the day as enjoyable as possible."

Aude Malone, Employee

"The programme gets you to think actively about your posture which is great for office workers. You'd be surprised at the number of people who are unaware of how they are sitting at their desk and how they should be sitting."
